Eligibility. The Concierge Bundle Credit is available solely to sellers who list a home with Compass, utilize the Concierge program, and choose to use Chartwell for escrow services in connection with that residential home sale and Concierge project. Sellers meeting all applicable requirements are entitled to the Concierge Bundle Credit outlined herein. Affiliated Business Arrangement. As is set forth in Compass’ separate Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure (“ABAD”), Compass has business relationships with Concierge, Chartwell, and certain other providers (together, the “Affiliated Companies”). Each of the Affiliated Companies is indirectly owned, in whole or in part, by Compass, Inc. Any referral by one of the Affiliated Companies to another may provide the referring company, its affiliates, and/or their employees with a financial or other benefit. You are NOT required to use any Affiliated Company to do business with Compass. See ABAD for further detail, including estimated charges. No Required Use. While Chartwell is available as a closing company option for you, and Concierge Bundle Credit is available only if you use Compass, Concierge, and Chartwell, you are not required to use Chartwell or the Concierge program to obtain real estate brokerage services from Compass.

How it works

• Decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.


• When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors. 


• Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.  


• You’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.
